David was very responsive, very patient with helping with the on line forms (which don’t always work) for the insurance company. The insurance company called me in two days, asked the same questions and then told me I should receive information in a week or so. This was for a Supplement Plan going from an Advantage plan, and I am 82. Thanks David!
